  3. ¶2This   is   NoName/Angelica,   I  have
  4. written  an  article  about  "Computer
  5. Hackers"  The  reason why I wrote this
  6. article  is that I saw a program on TV
  7. about Hackers.

  9. ¶1OK.Here  in  Norway  is  it  about ¶3200
  10. ¶1active  Hackers, well most of you guys
  11. propaly know what a Hacker is but I`ll
  12. explain  for those who don`t know what
  13. this  is.   Almost all the Hackers are
  14. doing   illegal   things   with  their
  15. computer  like  copy credit cards with
  16. homemade  hardware.  The banks here in
  17. Norway  know  what  they are doing soo
  18. they  asks  if  they  wanna co-operate
  19. with  the  banks  soo  they  can get a
  20. better   security   with  their  cards
  21. system,  but  they refuse their offer.
  22. The  banks  here  in  Norway says that
  23. they have got the best security in the
  24. world, but the Hackers don't mean soo.
  25. When  they get a new credit card there
  26. are  about ¶310000 ¶1codes and one of them
  27. are  right,  but that's no problem for
  28. the   Hackers   because  they  make  a
  29. program  which finds the right code of
  30. ¶310000  ¶1codes.   The  Hackers mean that
  31. the  police  is small lamers who don't
  32. know  anything  about  computers.   In
  33. Germany the sysops got a program which
  34. is called "¶3Blue Box¶1".  This program is
  35. used  to  call  for free and it usally
  36. work  perfect  in Germany, but here in
  37. Norway  you  will  get  cauth at once.
  38. The   people   who   is  against  this
  39. programs  has found a way to stop this
  40. sort  of  criminal  in Germany now soo
  41. there is no function in these programs
  42. in  Germany now either.  Another thing
  43. which the sysops does to call for free
  44. is  to use some kind of card they call
  45. it.   They  get  a telephone number in
  46. USA  which they shall call to and when
  47. they  have  done  that  they  call the
  48. number  they  want  to  call for free.
  49. The police in Norway can`t do anything
  50. with  this  because  the law says that
  51. they  can`t see who is calling because
  52. this is personal for the caller.  Some
  53. of  you  out there maybe wonder who is
  54. gonna pay for all this calling?  It is
  55. normal  innocent  people.   I`m agaist
  56. this  but  not  if  it happens to rich
  57. criminal  peoples,  but  when poor old
  58. people  comes  to the bank to take out
  59. there  weekly  money and suddenly they
  60. see that they haven't got any.....
